Haven't used them yet. I'll come tomorrow evening I'll edit my review after lunch and update the feature review. At this point I would like to say that the quality of these knives is excellent! They look and feel incredibly expensive! They were packaged in a foam case and each knife was covered with a plastic sheath. I'll probably keep them in there to protect them. Super fast delivery! They were delivered to me in less than 24 hours after I placed my order! PS: Used them last night and they sliced t-bone steak like it was butter! So happy with my purchase! Thanks very much!
