It should support 4G LTE as all phone networks drop support for non-LTE phones. I received a Go Flip 3 4052Z phone, the version sold by Metro by T-Mobile. Metro by T-Mobile branding appears on download. According to BananaHackers: The name varies by phone provider (4052R, 4052C, 4052W, 4052Z...) but it's almost always the same phone. Wi-Fi calling can be customized to your liking to improve call quality from home. Wi-Fi only works on the 2.4 GHz frequency. LTE bands 2/4/5/12/25/26/41/66/71. It covers the entire T-Mobile network as well as the Sprint bands that are likely to be added to the T-Mobile network. Headphones can be plugged into the jack or paired via Bluetooth. The phone accepted my Red Pocket Mobile GSMT SIM card. The display scrolls through the network like a red bag. Any T-Mobile MVNO SIM card is likely to work in this phone. While some bands also support AT&T, unless you're using T-Mobile's US network, I suggest choosing a different phone.
