One of the receptacles is defective after a short period of use. (Dropped off of WiFi and now won’t pair) Contacted the manufacturer and had to go through their lengthy back and forth emails. They asked questions that were already answered in the previous email. Apparently they don’t read them. Two weeks after stating they will replace it, it’s still not here. These WiFi receptacles are instrumental in the operation of my vacation rental. So at the moment my ability to serve others is not up to speed. 😢Well it’s now March 31, 2022. No replacement receptacle received. When it works it good but if it breaks no help. I don’t like it when I’m asked to jump through hoops and send information and pictures to support the issues that were mentioned above in the first part of the review.
