Do you want your marriage to be divorced? Then this lamp is just right for you! My husband is far from a master electrician but not a beginner either and this fan was just ridiculous. I can't speak specifically about what was difficult to install, but the myriad of swear words and threats to set this thing on fire should tell you everything you need to know. It's modern and very beautiful. Pretty strong, but very quiet. I love that it has a switch that turns on the light and the fan. No remote control and no annoying jerks that you can't reach. It's beautiful but I'm still wondering if it's worth the effort - maybe hiring a professional to install it is a good idea.
