Review on 🍶 Durable 50 oz Borosilicate Glass Carafe with Lid - Perfect Pitcher for Hot/Cold Water, Ice Tea, and Juice Beverages by Erica Noble

I love this item and actually have 2 in my apartment where I have an electric range. They work great in every way. So I figured I'd buy 2 more for my NYC apartment that has a gas range. The description says they can be used on an open fire so I figured they would work fine. So I put 2 at a time on a low direct flame. One of them was fine but I noticed liquid was dripping out of the other. I immediately turned it off and removed it from the burner. Apparently the borosilicate cracked and the floor slowly started to leak. So I can't recommend it for use on an open fire as the description says, but it works great on an electric stove. I would like to know if there is something I can put on the fire and put the carafe on the fire...
