Head moves away from body when tightening nut
This is my first torque wrench. I had to tighten the mower blades to 65 foot pounds. I first tightened the nut with a socket wrench but left it loose so I tried using a torque wrench. I look up and pull down the handle and ratchet. The head is tilted away from the handle so I don't have leverage. I'm a woman and I'm not very strong either. Of course, a ratchet head shouldn't do that. Of course, I didn't get any clicks and gave up. To see the diagrams I also need to use a magnifying glass. I called the company for assistance but they sent me to a voicemail. I left a message but never got a response from them.
