This was an excellent product as described. I used it on my 12 year old wooden fence and it showed exceptional results with my 1900 psi electric washer (Blue Clean AR 383). I applied this solution with a propellant to 10 foot sections of the fence and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. I then used an adjustable jet lance and flushed one fence board from the bottom up at a time and the 12 year old mold and gray just came off with little effort. When I first started, I learned that the secret to this product is to be patient and let it work (allow it time to soak and dissolve the stain) before washing it off. I was glad that even with my 1900 psi electric washer I had more than enough power to clean and repair this fence. I look forward to using it for other housecleaning jobs, but my fence was what I thought was the biggest problem. A happy customer.
