Used by hand on a porch that was extensively covered in mildew, mildew and oak pollen. I have cleaned the area 5 times with little improvement. In the end I stopped diluting it, turned it on full strength and let it sit for ten minutes. It brought a small improvement. Not worth the money and trouble. Here is my after photo. Not much different than at the beginning. You can see a clean area that is protected and not stained.

Cleaner did the job on a combination of painted wood trim and vinyl window sill. Although some of the old stains were not completely removed from the vinyl, the cleaner (using about 1 gallon) greatly improved the overall look of the two story, 3,000 square foot home. ft. I applied this solution with a propellant to 10 foot sections of the fence and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. I used SIMPLE GREEN with a new electric pressure washer I bought before Christmas. It handles work on patios, concrete, paths, stone and cars. I bought this product because it meets the EPA's Safe Choice program for peroxide cleaning and stain removal. This dissolves well on general dirt, mold, algae, moss, iron stains (from soil runoff), leaf stains (the brown ones from the tannins in the leaves) and general dirt from children.
