I have used SIMPLE GREEN with a new electric pressure washer I bought before Christmas. It handles work on patios, concrete, paths, stone and cars. I bought this product because it meets the EPA's Safe Choice program for peroxide cleaning and stain removal. This dissolves well on general dirt, mold, algae, moss, iron stains (from soil runoff), leaf stains (the brown ones from the tannins in the leaves) and general dirt from children. We had a few black spots on the concrete to keep it from moving, the only thing that got rid of it was undiluted bleach. Tried oven cleaner, dish soap and a bunch of other harsh detergents but just plain bleach would get the job done. It handles decks, concrete, cars and stone paths. With the caveat that for stubborn stains you might need something else. It is in order. SIMPLE GREEN is non-toxic and biodegradable whereas pure bleach is toxic at high dilution so it should only be used as a stain treatment.
