I received the product 2 days ago and installed it quickly. It seemed to work fine at first, but sometimes the video playback would pause or freeze. My internet is dual band and I was under 5g. I was going to switch it to 2.4g this afternoon to see if that connection would be stronger, but at work I found I wasn't connected at all. The application said that no device was connected. When I got home I decided to switch but I couldn't. I've tried resetting it multiple times but it couldn't connect. Then I tried switching back to 5g but now it doesn't connect to it either. I can't get past the point where the doorbell needs to scan the QR code. When I click on the QR code display I get an error message that it couldn't connect, it doesn't even show the QR code to scan. In desperation, I tried closing my account and starting over, but when I select that option, I get an error message saying I couldn't close my account. return of this item.
