Poor Quality and Lackluster Service from Seasky

When I last used the Seasky online store, it was a complete and utter failure. I placed an order for kitchen and dining goods, but what I received was of terrible quality. Although the culinary utensils I bought appeared to be of good quality online, I quickly discovered that they were poorly built and would break apart after only a few uses. My food rotted considerably faster than I had anticipated because the containers were not sealed as claimed. Buying those items felt like throwing away money because I was so dissatisfied with them. Also, Seasky's customer service was weak and useless. Despite my many attempts to contact them, I never received a satisfactory response to my inquiries regarding the problems with my transaction. When I contacted customer service, they flat-out said no to a refund or exchange. The customer service representatives' apparent lack of care and empathy was really upsetting. In addition to everything else I have against Seasky, I cannot recommend their website. The layout is difficult to understand, and the product descriptions provide little to no useful information. It was a hassle trying to track down the things I required, and I wound up buying some things that didn't work out. Overall, Seasky was a terrible shopping experience for me, and I would never suggest their website to anyone in need of decent cookware or tableware. Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with Seasky's product quality, service, and website usability.
