It's a long, painful story. Partly my fault (need more accurate measurements), but also a bit annoying. Do not worry. It has a happy ending. All of our other faucets in the house are oddly shaped, and only our original bathroom faucet fit our water filter. We specifically chose the Greenspring as a replacement because when the spout was enlarged it looked like the aerator filter could be removed. (It does.) The price and reviews also made it a safe bet. We had two problems with this setup and while I would like to blame Greenspring, I think I should admit my own mistake. Problem 1: The cold connector (right side) was literally 1 inch too short to get to the water valve. We ran to the computer, took a chance and bought a HOMEIDEAS 32" faucet connector 3/8" female x M10 compression thread with stainless steel outer braid. The hose connectors are here at Revain and within 36 hours we were up and running. Fits perfectly! Problem 2: FOR US the hole in our vanity to put the screws through the faucet was 2mm too small so you may notice some transparent silicone. around the chrome base Pictures were taken shortly after installation and will be cropped but everything else is holding up well and overall we are happy with this purchase.
