Beautiful but stopped working 2 in less than 2 weeks at

This keyboard is AMAZING. I like how the keys feel. The lighting is bright and can be regulated and dimmed if required. All in all I was happy with my purchase. However, I've been using this keyboard for less than 2 weeks and it has started lagging, some keys get stuck from time to time and sometimes it stops working fully and the only thing that helps is unplugging and plugging it back in. I know it wasn't expensive but for less than 2 weeks use? I am not happy :(
