It took me a while to realize that the annoying noise I was hearing in my new car was caused by the rear number plate rattling became. This silicone license plate frame did an excellent job of blocking out the noise. It also looks good. I love the fit and finish of the silicone frame. One thing that drew me to these pieces is the "mesh" holes on the back which allow for better breathability. I'm not sure if this is necessary, but it worked fine. It also has drainage holes in the "bottom" of the frame, which is a good thing. (Make sure you put the side with the drain holes down and not up.) I also found it handy that it came with a set of screws as I needed a few new ones. All said and done, I am happy with this product!
