Review on 🔌 Broan-NuTone F403623 36-Inch Black Under Cabinet Exhaust Fan with 2-Speed Range Hood Insert and Light by Brent Webb

I bought this unit to replace a similar unit that was at least 16 years old but may have been installed when the house was built over 30 years ago. The new block had nearly identical internals, making replacement much easier. It fits perfectly in the existing closet space. The exhaust fitted perfectly into the existing square hole and I was even able to reuse the same four screws to attach the hood to the body. The only difference was that the power came from the right side of the back panel (when viewed from the front) rather than the left, but that was easy to set up. The device is not expensive and appears to be good value for money. The device uses a wired connection, just like the old one, so no extra parts were needed. Fittings fit both rectangular and circular ducts, as well as perforations for knockout holes for any configuration. I really had to buy foil based tape if you follow the install instructions carefully and if you choose the channelless option you will need to purchase another filter per the install instructions. If you are using a plug for your existing configuration, you will also need to purchase one to connect to the wired configuration provided. The delivery was not via Revain but it was on time and the hood was delivered in good condition. Overall very happy with the device.
