Customer service will not help if you lose the footrest
Seller contacted to replace a footpeg part , which was lost on the first ride, most likely due to vibration. The seller couldn't send or replace just the part I needed, so I bought a second set. Please note that the assembly instructions included with the product are not included in the screw torque specification. I probably didn't tighten the original screw tight enough.
