Bought two cables at the end of March 2018, and constructed in the wall for overhead projector. Completed in June, one cable connected to a projector and worked until December 2018, and one cable still in wall not use yet. After few month use (usage is about once a week). In December 2018, the cable is not working. The problem I found was the HDMI head connection. One meter connection suppose at the side but now is at the bottom, which looks like the connect at the side was got pushed to bottom while last use to connect to HDMI port. I am not sure if it covered by warranty? It is hard to take a picture for inside of the metals.After contact to seller, got full refund for the purchase. So I purchase additional same cable and try to cut the connection off and repair the wall mounted connector. My plane is not use the new connector anymore. After it connect to a box connection, it will not touch it anymore.
