Velcro is misplaced, falls off
Everything seems fine, but I need to close this article. The adhesive on the back of the Velcro is separating from the metal and needs to be glued on. But even if I do that, the two vertical guides won't make enough contact with the hairy side of the Velcro. It hardly lasts. The TV is mounted in a high-traffic area which can cause it to bump, meaning it's easily knocked over by everyone. That's the only reason velcro is a problem for me. Velcro that is rigid on both sides would be a better choice and offers much more strength. That shortcoming aside, however, it would be a great low-profile mount - much lower than any alternative I could find. I recommend replacing the velcro with double sided strong foam tape if the velcro doesn't work for you.
