I didn't expect this to be a top product. I figured as long as they had gauze pads, alcohol sedatives, and band-aids, that would do. The pockets aren't deep, but that's a feature - they can be opened like a book so everything can be seen. The edges on the inside of my red bag overlap the zipper and snap into the zipper, making the bag impossible to open at times unless you're struggling with it. For a backpack, that will be annoying. For a first aid kit, this is a win-win option.
