I waited a week for my results before purchasing a whole house water purifier. On reception I noticed that sodium and iron were high and took that. However after a speech from the city water commissioner I presented him with the results and he said that the entire city water supply (280,000 population) has numbers MUCH lower than these and he thinks that most of the results are wrong. He suspected that the results might have been mistakenly shared with another client. Okay, that's 1 professional opinion. I just attended our local in-house exhibition where DOZENS of water experts presented their systems. I've only hired two of them, including Kinetico, the largest in the country, and they both told me the same thing. My results cannot be trusted. SO. This means ALL 3 independent water experts are telling me my results are wrong. What a waste of $125! I should have suspected this as the form that came with the kit was printed on a faulty home use inkjet printer. Do yourself a favor and contact a reputable, professional, independent water testing laboratory. I had to spend $250 for a facility that uses the city, but I wanted to SAVE MONEY. Now I have a black eye for it.
