Don't know how to write a review for this product. I bought it to use on our sore shoulders. I put it on my husband's shoulder and it didn't seem to work. I saw on the insert that you can use it for many pain conditions so I tried it on my lower back where I suffer from arthritis pain. It really helped relieve the lower back pain. I don't know, maybe we just put it the wrong way around on my husband's shoulder. My pain is still significantly reduced after about 4 days of discontinuation. One thing not mentioned is how to remove the tape. In fact, I'm very upset about this because when I tried to gently remove the tape from my husband's shoulder, it tore his skin a little. I had to google how to remove it before proceeding. I have found that to remove the tape you either have to lather it very well and gently remove it or use baby oil. We were able to remove my husband with baby oil but it was a very slow and tedious process. Mine was removed by foaming it up and very slowly gently removing it. So, I'm glad it really helped with my back pain, I'm disappointed that it didn't seem to help my husband's shoulder, but particularly disappointed with the sores it left on my husband's skin and there are no instructions in the box on how to properly remove the tape.
