I wanted to give it a long enough trial period to write a review because several other reviews said it was clogged and didn't work. Firstly I love this item, I've been using it every day since I bought it for several months and I've never soaked it in a vinegar solution. After the first week of simply rinsing after use, it started clogging and not working properly. So I used a paper towel with 7th gen dish soap (instead of my dish brush so I could really clean all the surfaces) and washed it well and then rinsed it really well. After that it worked perfectly again. Now I do the same every 3-4 days of use and no problem. Coffee is always delicious and it's so nice not to have to deal with plastic coffee machines. Thank you!
