Review on Toncont Driveway Alarm System - 1/2 Mile Solar Motion Sensor, Long Range Wireless Weatherproof PIR Motion Detector, Protect Security Alert System for Home, Garage Property by Adam Walsh

I ordered this driveway sensor to replace an existing sensor that requires batteries for the outdoor unit. The existing block is mounted on a fence about 100 feet from the house. After reading these instructions I decided to test this system by placing an outdoor unit at the end of a 200 foot driveway. 200 feet that I decided to leave it at this location. It's nice to have an earlier warning letting me know someone pulled into my driveway. It will also be nice not to have to change batteries and I think it will survive outdoor installation in inclement weather.
