If I could give 0 stars I would! The first time I ordered a new one, unused. But when I opened the box and packaging there were white spray paint stains on it. I ordered black. Second. It had liquid base stains on the inner lid where the batteries go and on the fan blades. I don't even know where the base is, so I know it's not mine or mine. It arrived yesterday and wanted to use it today, put in new batteries after cleaning it. He didn't even work. I am assuming it is defective. I will definitely come again!
