The best bags!
I've tried several solutions to replace ziploc packaging with sous vide, but so far nothing has worked. These bags are the best! The other bags are too thick to fully submerge in water and I have to cover them with a plate to cover them. These bags are very light and have an excellent air release system. Went like clockwork! If you are interested. You need to use these packs 3 times each to break even (compared to Ziploc) and 4 times to save money. But much more convenient. :)
