I like that it is very easy to use with many options available for each booking type (i-e Hotel room bookings). Sometimes there will be an issue where you have made changes but not saved them yet so they won't appear until after the next logout/login. This doesn’t happen all often however when this does occur just try again or refresh your page if possible before doing anything else as sometimes other things may need refreshing too! We are able to manage our hotels easily using their online function which makes life much easier than having employees travel across town every time we want something changed about one of our hotel rooms etc - saving us money at least!! It's also really good because no matter who books what happens within the system stays inside the system meaning nothing gets lost even though someone forgets / loses access to details such as credit.
