Better than Blitzen 2 (II). The old style had a more sloping toe shape (outside). It hit my toes although the length was ok but it was an odd angle probably to look classy. These new ones fit really well, with a more rounded front. They look just as stylish as the old ones. I loved these other Blitzen IIs for their easy outside-in transition, but they hurt my toes a bit. These new ones have everything the old ones had except they fit my legs perfectly. The only complaint is that the oatmeal color looks more like white on the navy blue pair. Blitzen II was a true oatmeal color. Hopefully the white color won't look too dirty after a while. Maybe I can swap the pads for the old ones. But I would still prefer them to the older ones because they fit much better despite being the same size.
