I'm in love with this backpack. The pattern is so cute and it looks very durable and well made. The straps are nice and wide with supportive padding to reduce strain. I really like the layout of the inner pockets, although the side pockets are a bit small (which won't fit a water bottle). I've only had it for a few days but it's already gotten so many compliments. Definitely a great product!
