Very satisfied with product and service. Service: The first one we received only took a few days. I wasn't concerned about this because I had met the company's owners at a convention a few weeks earlier and knew that it was an honest company. When my filter stopped working I just emailed them and told them what was going on. They emailed me the same day with everything I needed to return the product. I returned to work with a new one after just a few days. I understand that there will be some imperfections in the manufacture of electronic devices, so I wasn't concerned here either, especially as they come with a 3-year guarantee. They support their products. Product: It's amazing how it can determine air quality. When we cook the bacon, the device detects low air quality and starts blowing at high speed (if you choose automatic mode). I like the UV light and the sound function. Even if you can't "see" anything from it, I know the air quality is better because I know what UV rays are capable of. By the way, we bought one of the UV bulbs for our HVAC system and after a few days we noticed a HUGE difference! I know the UV light on this unit isn't as good as our HVAC, but I'm sure it helps improve air quality. It's fairly audible at low speeds (it's barely audible at level 1) and gets louder as the device blows faster. It may seem loud at maximum speed, but at this level you can still have a normal conversation with it. So I highly recommend this device.
