I'm always looking to expand my web wardrobe, so I was eager to check out HROYL's offerings in apparel, footwear, and accessories. But my interactions with the firm have been nothing but dissatisfying. First of all, HROYL has terrible support for its customers. It took days for me to get a response after I repeatedly contacted their support team about my purchase. The person who responded to my inquiry was uninformative and uninterested in addressing my issues. The HROYL products I ordered and got were also of poor quality. The clothes looked cheap and the sneakers I bought were destroyed after just a few wears. It's obvious that HROYL would rather save money than give consumers products that will last a long time and perform well. When compared to other web retailers specializing in women's apparel, shoes, and jewelry, HROYL is lacking in both customer service and quality.
