I got this boxing ball set for my 10-year-old son as he wanted to learn some moves and also get some exercise. The adjustable feature is great as the height can be changed according to his needs. The boxing ball also comes with a pair of gloves and a pump which is really helpful. The set up was easy and within no time the boxing ball was ready for use. My son loves practicing on it and it's a great way to keep him busy and active. I like the fact that he doesn't have to worry about holding anything heavy or getting hurt as the ball is soft, yet durable. He can practice punches and also improve his hand-eye coordination. The size is perfect for kids and teens and it's ideal for both boys and girls. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars out of 5 is that the base can sometimes move around a bit too much if the ball is hit too hard. But other than that, we are very happy with this purchase and I would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for an activity that is both fun and healthy for their kids.
