I liked everything about it! The graphics are amazing as well as how interactive the software was. There were some minor glitches but they worked out shortly after we contacted support. If you're looking to host an event that will engage your audience this product is perfect. Hosting a virtual conference or meeting with our students in another state. We were able to do so remotely through our computers and laptops without having them come into our office. The ability to customize the experience to the point you can have almost any experience you want. Not many options for customization. The way the experience is narrated is not very good, and the graphics are not great. I've seen better experiences when it comes to customization. I've used it for a virtual team building event. It was a great experience and I would recommend it. It helps build relationships and create a sense of community.
