Works well and is lightweight. Worth the extra money
This compressor has been running on my '79 Mercedes for a couple of weeks now and is working fine. Very happy with them so far. A few installation notes: The equipment connected to the compressor is SAE compliant. Depending on the application, you may need to purchase new screws. The pulley is a little proud of the crank pulley but close enough to the Mercedes V8. This supercharger is about 20 pounds lighter than the A6 steel it replaced. It took about a week for the clutch to break and stop making a strange noise when turned on.
