A small transfer pump that could do that.
I bought this thinking it would be a one time use only. I used this little pump to pump water to my RV. I attached a backpack to it and started it. 5 liters of water in about 2 minutes. This little pump is amazing! Does what it's supposed to do and I wasn't expecting much but I was wrong!
