No "factory reset " and slow operation. Wastepaper basket

Complete wastepaper basket. Applications often freeze. It took me a dozen attempts to log into my Google account because it kept crashing. You can't upgrade to a newer version of Android, so you're stuck with Android 6.0. Bluetooth and WiFi keep dropping out. Very slow when using applications. And the worst thing is that you cannot restore factory settings. Since I want to return it, I would like to reset it for security reasons, but I can't. The only reason I still can't send him back is because I created a new account with him so he doesn't have any personal info yet. DO NOT BUY.
