Review on Enhance Your Entertainment with the Sonos Amp: A Versatile Black Amplifier by Jessica Kennedy

I connected this amplifier to some speakers and got an HDMI output which I connect to my Samsung TV. It worked well for 1 month, then unfortunately after the return period had expired, the HDMI input on the amplifier no longer worked. There are no other inputs on the amplifier. I had to call Sonos, they broadcast on Sonos Uk, then they did tests, I've tried 4 different cables already. The man said he would send a 1:1 replacement. So far, no contact has been made with a Sonos replacement. Every time I call they say Sonos UK is moving to the US accounts team, then the Sonos Australia team emails me asking me to re-enter the basic details. I'm still chasing her to find a replacement.
