We purchased a set of four 15.5" Cartman foldable traffic cones for the Baker 2 Vegas Relay Cup and are very pleased with them. These cones are highly visible, the orange color glows during the day and the reflective strips are highly visible to oncoming vehicles at night. During the race, hundreds of cars passed our station, overtaking the support team, runners, and support cars. They could see us from afar. By evening the wind had picked up and was quite strong but the cones stayed in place. The base is quite heavy in relation to the top. It was amusing to watch the tops of the cones tremble slightly in strong gusts of wind. The cones are quick and easy to unfold and quick and easy to fold. We are very happy with Cartman's cones, we felt a bit more confident with the cones guiding people and vehicles past us. Now we keep them in the car because they are lightweight and don't take up much space and add an extra layer of security. I would definitely buy them again.
