A few days after I switched to this power strip to charge my devices, 2 of them broke. A pair of Beats headphones and an electronic pen. Despite being fully charged (with that extension cord), the grip doesn't work at all and the headphones only work on one side. I found it odd that they both broke about the same time, but I didn't think about it too much, but today I was having trouble charging my MacBook. That can not be a coincidence. I have not dropped or overused any of the products. The outlet isn't a problem as everything else plugged into it works. This extension is the only identifiable change. I will definitely not use it again. Losing $20 sucks, but I've lost a lot more because I had to replace the stylus and fix my headphones. Save yourself the headache, don't buy this.
