Review on πŸ’§ WaterWorks Industrial Test Systems 480008 by Ryan Olsen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Compelling evidence is cheap peace of mind.

Just received the package. I opened it up, read the instructions, and tried running water from the kitchen sink faucet. I compared the stripe to the color chart. It was in the range of 0 to 40 ppm, causing practically no color change. The packaging says "very soft". We have well water with a pretty good purification system. I wanted to make sure the strips worked, so I took a cup of water straight from the fountain. The test strip reads 425 to 1000ppm, which is marked "very hard" on the packaging. It's nice to know that our softening system is working as it should and also to have a test kit available to use if problems arise. I am convinced that these strips will work. Love the fact that the strips come in a screw top bottle with a desiccant pouch. My expiry date is May 18th.

Pros
  • pH test strips
Cons
  • Big and bulky
