Review on FRAM Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filter with Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, CF10134 for Honda Vehicles, Optimized Packaging Variants, White by Ken Cudal

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great filter. I used this in my 2012 Honda CRV.

UPDATE: September 19, 2017 - When I ordered them in April 2017 they sold 2 packs for the same price as a filter today. So the price isn't as low as it was when I bought mine. But the filter is still good. It just doesn't matter anymore. This is a review of the FRAM CF10134 Fresh Breeze cabin air filter. I was amazed to find out that WalMart was selling the exact same filter for almost $16 so I ordered two of these filters from Revain and saved quite a bit of money. Honda CRV 2012 Installation is very easy as shown in my video. It only takes 5 minutes or less and no tools are required. How to change the filter in a 2012 Honda CRV. on the side of the glove box to be released. Gently push the post and its bottom edge will slide out of the glove box. 3- Gently push on the upper fronts of the glove box to release and swing it out of the way. 4- Inside you will see a long rectangular panel that must be removed to access the filter. There are plastic tabs on each end of this cover that are pressed in to allow it to be removed. Do not pull out these tabs, but press on them. Remove the plate and then simply pull out the old filter. 5-The filter can contain a lot of dirt and debris, so keep it straight when you pull it out. 6-It is important to put the new filter in the right orientation. Locate the airflow direction arrow printed on the side of the filter and insert it into the slot with the arrow pointing down. You may also see an arrow on the plastic housing where the air filter goes. Also, make sure you adjust the filter so the pleats are left-to-right, not front-to-back. Replace the filter carefully. it may be tight so don't stuff it. 7. Once the filter is in place, snap the cover back into place, reinstall the glove box door and reinstall the brace. Ready. It doesn't add flavor to the interior of the car, but it does filter the outside air a bit due to the combination of baking soda and charcoal built into the air filter. You need to replace the filter at least every 15,000 km. . If you're in a particularly dusty environment, you might want to check this more often. I usually change my filter every 6 months. If you've never changed your cabin air filter and your car is a few years old, you might be shocked at how disgustingly dirty and clogged it can get. You will notice an improvement in performance with increased airflow through the heating/cooling system after the filter change.
