Very close to the OEM switches in my 2014 Rav4 - the light is much brighter than blue but the switch size is decent. I've read in some reviews that both the icon and the words stay fully lit regardless of the switch being in the "on" position. or "Off". However, when my auto electrician followed the schematic, he was able to rewire it so that the words only light up when it was in the "on" position. Therefore, the wiring can vary depending on the vehicle. Therefore, consult a qualified installer for best results.
