Update: great company, great company support!

UPDATE: 👍👍👍👍👍 I received the collar, connected it to the receiver and now I have 3 good dogs! A 140# doberman collar, an 87# doberman collar and the most stubborn 11# mixed hairball. Great addition to our family. The company contacted me and apparently there was a mix up with the online chat. Send an extra collar. Will update again if and when I get it. Nice outfit but they have discontinued it and they don't have anything compatible if you need a different collar. Yes, I received information from the company itself.
