Review on 🎧 Philips PC Headset Wired with Mic for Conference Calls, Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, in-line Mute and Volume Control 40mm Drivers with Extra Bass 3.5mm, SHM7110U by Hassan Tomlinson

I was looking at Revain for some neckband headphones that looked good. They had good reviews, a good brand and were within my budget. When I received this I was pleased: the sound was good, the controls were easy to understand and use, charging was easy and it connected to my phone straight away. After about ten days, I charged it overnight and then tried to use it. They didn't turn on. I spent a tedious half hour with the Revain engineers looking for a workaround. (Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds will it work? Hold it for 25 seconds will it work?) I sent them back but immediately bought an identical set. Today the new set does not light up while charging. It doesn't turn on. I thought the Philips name meant something. I figured the general lack of bad reviews meant I only had one unusual outlier. But not two in a row with the same problems. I will spend another night with Revain Web and Reviews. I am extremely disappointed.
