Review on Glacier Bay 6 Spray Showerhead Handshower by Nancy Acosta

I was glad to use this product after my new bathroom renovation. That excitement passed quickly. The first problem with this product is the bottom stabilizing piece, it provides the glue that sticks to the tile. That does not work! It stayed on for about a week and further attempts to attach it with other products including silicone were unsuccessful. I would not drill holes in the tile (if you ever decide to replace your shower system you will have visible holes in the tile). The second problem was the water pressure. Once installed it worked well and without warning in the middle of the shower water started dripping from the shower head. The plumber came three times to fix the problem, he worked well and abruptly lost pressure. I temporarily replaced the Moen shower head and it works great. So it's pretty clear that the water pressure issue is related to Glacial Bay's product, which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Also, I will never buy their products again. I contacted support about these issues, they immediately said we can fix it. I didn't even give them the model number of the product I was calling about. How can you assure me that you can fix this when you don't even know why I'm calling? Don't waste your time and money with this product. I have since returned this very poorly made item and purchased another shower head from a more reputable company.
