The conch piercing I wore for years suddenly fell out so I panicked because all the piercing studios in my area are closed due to the pandemic and I don't want the hole to close up. The package arrived quickly and almost: it was more hair than I expected in terms of end beads and real decorations. The sensor has been fine (I only suspected based on comparing my original piercing to my regular stud earrings and trying to go back to the sensor) and so far the little star has held in place very well. I was concerned about how easy it would be to twist it when I couldn't see it and how well it would stay in place as small things like this could be tricky in my not-so-dexterous fingers. I ended up trying a few different pads to find one that seemed right to me and made sure my hands were super dry and it ended up being the right place! I haven't noticed any discoloration, although the jewelry has survived a few showers. Lowkey impressed, didn't expect what I got due to the low price. Cautiously optimistic. And worst case scenario, I'll have enough jewelry to keep the hole from closing by the time my piercing shop reopens!
