I am switching my new dog from cheap dry food to Natural Balance as I have had a lot of experience with this in the past. He liked the LID types but almost refused to eat the Synergy blend. He doesn't seem to be a picky eater, so I think it really didn't sit well with him. I'm glad I tried a few small bags of different NB kibbles before moving on to the larger ones. he liked it (mostly everything but that). If you think your dog needs it, start small and see if he eats it first.
