My 1993-94 Aerostar has two different styles of Ford Quick Connects. Quick disconnects are listed as 5/8" (Dorman 800-403) and 3/4" (Dorman 800-404). This refers to the tube that comes out of the heater core or metal fitting, not the size of rubber hose that connects to the quick disconnects. The radiator on my Aerostar 93-94 heater uses a Dorman 800-404. It worked fine once I got the right size. Dorman 800-403 appears to be used for the cross connections to the rear heater. To help others determine which ones they need, I've included a picture showing the diameter of the two types side by side.
