I recently gave EuTengHao a shot for my crafting requirements, and I'm sorry to report that it didn't live up to my expectations. Although they have a large assortment to choose from, the quality of their products is not up to par with what I had anticipated. The beads and charms were of poor quality, and several of them were damaged when they were delivered. Although the prices are low, the quality of the service is not great. I also had a problem with their customer support; it took them an extremely long time to respond to my inquiry, and even after they did, they were of no assistance to me. The website is difficult to understand and difficult to traverse, and the process of checking out was a nightmare. In general, I do not encourage EuTengHao for crafters who take their work seriously. If you want to find materials of a high quality, you should seek somewhere else.
