I ordered a rashguard before diving in Guam. Luckily it arrived a day before I left. However, when I opened the box and unpacked the garment, I noticed that the vinyl logo on the chest was crumpled and taped. When I tried to peel it off, part of the vinyl logo came off. If I had warmed it up with a hair dryer beforehand, this might not have happened. Anyway, I emailed the seller about the damage when I got to Guam. Blair responded within 30 minutes and offered to send a replacement to Guam. I told him that there was no need as the postage, time and distance would be too great. However, he offered a replacement or refund and also offered to keep the original clothes and they didn't even have to be returned. This is a great company with fantastic customer service. The quality and fit are perfect as advertised and the service is exceptional. Thank you Blair!
