This product is exactly as pictured and described. It is a series of bamboo strips glued together like a chopping block, with an oblique groove cut into them. I love it when I want to leave it on the butcher counter while eating and read the newspaper with my iPad mini or iPhone. When I'm lying in bed I like to hold my iPad simply, with a thin ballistic rubber sleeve right on the back of my tablet. I don't like the magnetic front flap that folds up into a stand because they wear out too quickly and just hang around, which is annoying. My thin rubber case has a slot and a hole for an Apple Pencil. These fixtures are important here as this stand does not have a pin hole or other means of temporarily holding an apple pencil. If this worries you, you may need to consider some minor changes such as: B. drill a hole yourself and attach rubber feet to the bottom so that it does not slip when drawing. I would say these are very minor changes. I love this coaster because it's cool and minimalistic.
